Kara's Party Ideas Winter Wonderland Girl Snow 1st Birthday Party Planning Ideas
Such a beautiful WINTER WONDERLAND FIRST BIRTHDAY PARTY submitted by Kristin Austin of Paige Simple Studio! I just love all the gorgeous details and soft colors! So many darling ideas here…

Kristin said this about planning the party- “This party was styled for a friend whose daughter turned 1 in December. Every little detail was planned to fit within the winter theme right down to the editable hanging snowflake cookies! Each food item was ‘winterized’; there was snow on all of the tables and snowflakes everywhere you looked. I’ve seen many winter wonderland parties use pink and aqua, but very few incorporate lavender. Every little girl needs a touch of purple at her party!

Details of the party included hot chocolate cup cozies made from cable knit sweater sleeves, a painted canvas back drop featuring white vinyl snowflake decals, white branches adorned with shimmering snowflake cookies, giant chocolate covered marshmallows, crystallized glass milk bottles, and shimmer snowflake fondant cupcake toppers.”

Where can I buy the paper or printables for all of the labels?

  9. […] 1. Start the day by inviting your friends over for a snowman building contest. Judging to be based on the best accessorized snowman.2/3/4. After all the snowman building fun outside, warm up inside with personalized cocoa mugs (this is a great tutorial on how to make personalized mugs using a Sharpie) filled with warm hot cocoa, marshmallow snowflakes and top it off with a very grown up treat – Pinnacle Whipped Cream Vodka!5. A snow day is the perfect excuse to dress in your coziest winter whites – make sure to tell your friends to do the same!6. Bring the winter wonderland inside with snowflake garland. Thankfully, there is no shoveling required with these snowflakes!7. I can’t get over how cute these toasted mittens are! Perfect for my personal snow day (or any day) favorite- grilled cheese sandwiches.8. And if you haven’t had enough of the snow, treat your guests to snow covered pretzels. […]
