This delicious CHOCOLATE PEANUT BUTTER RASPBERRY PARFAIT will make your guests mouths water by just looking at it! Such a yummy dessert to serve at a party, shower or celebration. Your next family dinner would end fabulously with this, too!
CHOCOLATE PEANUT BUTTER RASPBERRY GRAHAM PARFAIT RECIPE
2 cups raspberries
Graham crackers, crumbled
4 tablespoons powdered sugar
1 cup peanut butter
1/2 cup milk
1 8 ounces packages cream cheese, softened
1 8 ounce tub of cool whip
1 12 ounce bag milk chocolate chips
Combine powdered sugar, peanut butter and cream cheese in a large bowl until it’s thick and clumpy. Stir in cool whip (saving 2 cups cool whip to use on top).
In a separate bowl add milk and chocolate chips and microwave in 30 second intervals, stirring after each cycle, until melted.
Take glass pie pan, dish or parfait glasses and layer bottom with crumbled graham crackers. Follow with layer of peanut butter mixture. Then add layer of chocolate ganache mixture.
If desired, add another layer of graham cracker crumbles. Finish your parfaits with cool whip and garnish with fresh raspberries.
Cover with plastic wrap and store in refrigerator.
Yields one glass pie pan or 4 parfait glasses.
