Lego Party Details:
This is what Melissa said about planning/styling the party- “Our little client is a HUGE lego fan. So it was only fitting to do such a party. We did what we can to have everything match down to the mini stirrers.
Linens we used for the treats was white. It allowed the treats to really stand out. Placement for the treats and decor was a mix of Lego cutouts and extra large “Lego” pieces.
Our favorite decor on the table was the large blue Lego platform storage. Instead of your typical cupcake stand, we used this to house the mini cupcakes. The green and yellow Lego tubs are actually the tubs used to house the large Legos from the store. We used these to hold the popcorn cones and for decor.
The extra large Lego pieces placed in various rooms were done out of cardboard and paint. We tried to make sure it all matched with the Lego colors on the table.
The Lego Man you see next to the table was constructed by cardboard and paint.
Treats and sweets our little client wanted was simply sugar! Chocolate mini cupcakes with buttercream frosting, Rice Krispie treats decorated in buttercream frosting and topped off with M&M’s, Chocolate covered Oreos with sweet tart lego pieces, fun fetti cake pops with sweet tart dots to give it that lego look, custom sugar cookies with matching color scheme, solid color cones for the popcorn and jello shooters to finish it off.
Lastly, the mini Lego boxes and Lego cutout faces were provided by the parents which they purchased from Oriental Trading company used to add the finishing touches to the table”.
