Shiny Pastel “She’s a Gem” Birthday Party Details:
This is what Annaliese shared about the party- “Our She’s A Gem jewels and gems party was chock full of pretty pastels and shiny baubles! We had so much fun making necklaces, bracelets and rings, and dressing up then having mini makeovers. Once I found the gorgeous diamond shaped honeycombs I knew immediately that I needed to design a party around them. And the beautiful balloon arch made such a huge statement, and is a fairly easy way to dress up a room.
Pastel pony bead bracelets from Oriental Trading, complete with pretty heart shaped beads and a sweet silver charm made for the cutest arm candy.
All it took was a large diamond shaped centerpiece, a few diamond shaped candleholders, fun diamond ring shaped plates, and a sprinkling of custom-made Festive Fetti confetti to dress up our table. The little diamond shaped boxes made the cutest ‘fetti filled favor, which were topped with jewel themed tattoos for a little extra flair. And I’m positively smitten with the girly signs, place cards, straw flags and tags Jen T. created for us!
Sweets and Treats
We served store-bought cupcakes. A pretty pastel diamond mix of sprinklefetti from The Baker’s Party Shop made the cupcakes perfection. The light as a feather pink cookies also received a little sprinklefetti love. The rock candy painted with metallic light silver edible paint, also from The Baker’s Party Shop looked oh so chic in a jar of sprinklefetti!
And I bet you couldn’t tell that the cake and candies from Confection Deception were FAKE! Faux reals, be still my beating heart!! Alyson is so incredibly talented, and her creations are the perfect addition to any party where you want the look of a fancy cake, but don’t want the extra calories”!
