Kara's Delivery

Continental United States: Kara's Party Ideas uses UPS for packages over 4lbs for most shipments, and for most shipments under 4lbs we use USPS. UPS does not ship to P.O. Boxes, or APO and AFO addresses. However, we can usually accommodate P.O. Boxes, APO and AFO boxes if you will call us ahead of time. Our cart is set by default to deny entry of a P.O. Box, but if you call us we will do our best to work out shipment to your P.O. Box or APO, or AFO address.

USPS 2-3 Day Select:
If your package ships through the United States Postal Service it generally takes 2-3 days. In our experience they are quite reliable. However, unlike UPS they do not guarantee these times.

UPS Ground:
85% of our orders ship the same day, and 90% ship within 24 hours. However, our shipping policy allows for 72 business hours. Please let us know when your event is so we can make sure to get your package there on time. Business days are Monday through Friday, and do not include Saturday, Sunday, or holidays. Allow 4-10 business days (depending on your location) for processing and delivery of your order. See map for an idea of when your package will arrive. PLEASE NOTE: The map below is for UPS Shipments only. USPS shipments are estimated at 2-3 days regardless of location within the U.S.A.

Alaska and Hawaii:
We ship to Alaska and Hawaii only when contacted by customer before purchase is made.

International Shipping:

For international shipping please select the iGlobal icon at checkout. Rates vary depending on locatioin.

Standard Shipping & Handling Charges:
Shipping fees are based on price of total order purchased.
