Love the burlap and lace baby shower idea!!! What did you use for the thank you favors? I’d love to use the twine and burlap bag, but what’s inside?
Thanks so very much!
HI Cheryl, Sorry I only just saw your comment now. I made chocolate chip cookies to put in the burlap favour bags.

I love the baby sign, going t use that idea for a college graduation. How big was your sign? Did you make the letters yourself or buy them? Did you make a stencil for the letters and then cut them out?
HI Dawn, Sorry I only just saw your comment now. The sign was not very big. The cradle is a doll’s cradle, but I just recently used it on a full size baby cradle and it was fine. ( See Rustic lace baby shower here: http://mamabearskitchen.com.au/rustic-lace-baby-shower/)
I painted the hessian myself. I drew an outline onto the hessian with pencil, then painted it with white acrylic paint. It was easy to do. Each section of hessian/letter was probably about 4×6 inches? I tied wooden spools between them. you ca buy cut hessian buntings at Spotlight (Australia). I just used scraps of hessian I had at home. Hope this helps. Sorry if it is too late.

HI Dawn, Sorry I only just saw your comment now. I Traced the letters onto hessian with pencil, before painting over them with white paint. Each hessian piece was probably about 4 x 6 inches. It was fairly easy. The sign was not really big. The cradle here was a doll’s cradle. I also used it on a baby cradle i another baby shower recently.
