The giant paper flowers were made using this tutorial: http://www.designsponge.com/2012/02/diy-project-giant-paper-flowers-from-ruche.html#more-130190. The cement bases werent strong enough bc the flowers were top heavy, so we used fishing wire tied around the neck of the flower and anchored it to the wall with clear tape. All of them were anchored that way! Reply
