Colorful Pool Party Details:

This is what Krista said about planning the party- “Splish! Splash! Who doesn’t love a pool party bash? Summer is the perfect time to throw a pool party! I loved helping plan a pool party for my cousin’s daughter, Ellie, to celebrate her 8th birthday. She loves swimming, so it was the perfect way for her to to enjoy her special day with friends and cousins. Come dive into all of the fun details to see decorations, mouthwatering treats and party favors captured by Simply Enjoy Photography!

Ellie is a sweet girl and always so cheerful. What better way to bring in that same cheerfulness to her party than by using bright, colorful printables from Amanda’s Parties to Go! You’ll see Amanda’s printables throughout the party, from the banner to the favor tags, to the centerpiece and everything in between.

Blue tulle pulled the darling printable banner from Amanda’s Parties to Go together.

The dessert table was so colorful and filled with such gorgeous pool party treats, including this two tiered cake by Mechealle DeVries. Just look at all of the detail work on each tier!
Other sweet treats that made a splash on our pool party dessert table included a variety of gorgeous treats from Autumn Lynn’s Chocolate Sins (rice krispies, flip flop cake pops & chocolate “8” suckers) and custom sugar cookies from Flourish Sweet Shop. Can you stand the cuteness? What absolutely darling treats by some talented ladies!
In addition, we filled up some of our popular ceramic candy dish letters with color coordinating treats. They are a fun way to personalize an event. (You can find the letters in our shop!) We also added cute cupcake printable toppers to dress up the cupcakes for the display.

Here’s a peek at the other refreshments served on our food table. Sandwiches were suited up with cute beach ball picks, while fruit was served in polka dot baking cups from our shop. Chips , gold fish crackers and salad were creatively displayed in custom sand pails by I Have a Favor. Even our water bottles and juice boxes were dressed up for the occasion in custom beverage wraps. They were creatively displayed in an inflatable beach ball cooler from Oriental Trading. A darling pennant flag banner by CW Happy Creations anchored our table and added that extra measure of cuteness! And we can’t forget to mention the cheery red polka dot Party Paper from Smash Cake and Co. It made the perfect runner for our display.

The pool deck was filled with party tables with coordinating centerpieces made from sand pails and pool themed party picks. You’ll notice them lining the side of the pool too! Place settings were colorful boasting red plates and polka dotted yellow napkins. French square bottles from our shop were tied up in twine and had darling polka dotted straws with sweet straw flags.

Pool party favors were sand pails filled to the brim with fun toys and goodies and personalized with tags from Amanda’s Parties to Go. Some of the cute items inside include the cutest custom suckers from Lollipics and adorable candy bobs from Sweets from Heaven, Outlets at Orange . Also custom wrapped bubbles, gumballs from Smashcake & Co. and mini beach balls and sunglasses from Oriental Trading Company.

We held the party at our friend’s condo clubhouse. The weather was a perfect August day! Ellie had a wonderful time celebrating her 8th birthday with family and friends”.

I love your ideas! My daughter wants to use your idea for her pool party. Do you have a printable for the tag you used on the pail?

I think it reads ‘Thank you for making a splash’.

    Thanks.

Thanks for reaching out!! This isn’t a Kara’s Party Ideas party, so your best bet is to reach out directly to the party stylist. Her name and link are in the first paragraph of the party post. You can also check the vendor list in the post. XOXO!
