When I spotted the new Wilton Peeps pan (available via Amazon Prime…so the pan will arrive by Easter!) at the store this year I had to get one. On the way home I immediately started thinking of ideas and ways to use it. These PANCAKE PEEPS were one of my first ideas, and I have to admit, I’m kind of obsessed with how they turned out!

My kids LOVE french toast sticks because they’re so fun to dip, so I thought that dipping little peep bunnies would be just as thrilling for them…and I was right, they were a huge hit! Serve these cute pancake bunny dippers for breakfast on Easter morning, or have them for a fun springtime afternoon snack!
