With freshly sharpened pencils, the smell of new lined paper, crisp new school clothes, and the adventures of a new school year, I get a sense of excitement watching not only my own kids head off to a new school year, but I also love seeing and hearing about your own littles heading off to a brand new classroom, teacher, and adventure.

Kara’s Week in Review
Here at Kara’s Party Ideas, we love parties, and we know that you, our loyal readers, love a good party too! I am blessed to be able to review all of your fabulous submissions and share all of the gorgeous images and eye-catching details with you. We value good content and always strive to give you the best when it comes to birthday, end-of-summer, Halloween, Frozen, princess, mermaid, and new-baby parties (among so many others, right?!).
With this in mind, I wanted to find a greater way to connect with you, and I think I will be able to do this through a week in review every Saturday. We can talk about upcoming events, answer reader submitted questions, and look at my favorite parties of the week.
Smashing Parties of the Week
We had some amazing and detailed parties this week—okay, I could say that every week!
But, really, did you see the Jurassic Park-Inspired Dino Party? I could just picture myself in the prehistoric world created for that special birthday party!
My other favorites include the following:
- The vibrantly colorful Garden Party that made me want to do just one more summer celebration.
- An elegantly styled, fit-for-a-future-queen Princess Party where no detail was missed and everything was dreamy.
- And finally, a sweet childhood-memory-evoking Popsicle Pool Party.
So, now it’s your turn! What were your favorites?? Do you have any questions that you are dying to ask me? I may just answer your question in an upcoming Kara’s Week in Review.
Till next week…..

Awesome article.Much thanks again. Keep writing.
