It’s harvest time around here; the fall crop of peas is starting to mature–one of my most favorite memories from childhood was sneaking out to the garden and filling my belly full of sweet, delicious peas. My apple tree is laden with crisp, juicy apples and I can’t wait for apple pie, apple cider, and apple butter. Oh, I do love fall!

My all-time favorite apple cider recipe this one that not only tastes delicious, but makes my house smell so so good while it simmers.

One of my favorite parties from this week is the Farm Fresh Birthday Party, because of all of the harvest-inspired ideas. Oh, and that cake!! Wow. If you missed it, make sure you check out the whole thing right now!
