    My unsung hero is my mom! Even though I’m older and have my own kids, she makes every holiday special for us! She is thoughtful, caring and always goes the extra mile to make our whole family feel loved.

    My unsung hero this year is my daughter’s 5th grade math teacher. Math isn’t easy for my daughter, but her teacher has been so positive and encouraging that she feels good about herself enjoys it at an age when so many girls begin to dislike it.

    My husband would have to be my unsung hero! He does everything to support our family and puts his life on the line everyday with his job knowing that it is dangerous being in the military but he still does it for his family and country. I can never thank him enough knowing all that he has gone through for us. On top of all that he is so supportive of anything that I have my mind set to do, which we a will be licensed foster parents within the the month it sounds like! So excited!

    My unsung heroes are my sons hockey coaches. They devote so much time and energy to these boys. They encourage, motivate and teach them everyday. The tween years are tough and it’s great to know these boys have mentors they can learn from and turn to.

    My hero is my husband. We have four boys and he works sometime 7 days a week with out a break to give me the opportunity to stay home with them. He doesn’t complain he doesn’t ask for anything special. He is the true definition of a hero and someone my boys will hopefully want to be like one day. This would be amazing for him to win

    My mom. She is trying so hard to keep it together with my two sisters being away for the 2nd Christmas in a row, one living overseas and the other.. well, let’s just say, a place nobody should want to go. She still wants to do everything Christmas as if everyone is here and I love that. I try to keep her positive as well when she gets sad about them being gone again.

    My heroes are my autism 4th grade teacher and her TAs for my son, they are caring and go all the way out to incorporate the kids into regular classes, show them how to grow and learn, and they treat them with such kindness and care. I know how difficult it is, but I am amazed at how wonderful and thoughtful they are. I feel so happy that he is in such great care.

    My unsung hero is my husband, and stepfather to four of my children. He goes above and beyond: cleaning up vomit, driving to appointment,teaching them things and just loving them unconditionally. It’s hard being a step parent and he handles it with love and grace

The reason why is because she tries so very hard at everything she does & gives it her all every time, whether it be in school or doing gymnastics or her many art projects.     My unsung hero is my husband Chris! I was diagnosed with an incurable autoimmune disease that stacks my organs and joints. He has held my hand every step of the way. He has watched me go through chemo, lose my hair, my identity, my job. He gives me my daily injections and never once complains. He has stayed by my side every step of the way even now that I’m wheelchair bound. It’s changed our life financially as well because I can longer work so he is our only income. He never asks for anything and I would love to be able to give him something back to show him how much I love and appreciate him. He truly is an angel. Thank you for this giveaway. God bless!

    My unsung hero is the principal at my son’s high school. Jody started as the Athletic Director at MVCA in Cincinnati when my son was in 8th grade. My son graduated high school last year, but throughout high school Jody was a great mentor, motivator, and Christian not only to my son but to all the students (and parents) at MVCA.

Last year he had a horrible experience with a teacher, and his teacher this year has worked extra hard to help him overcome his predispositions from last year in order for this year to be much better. She also recognizes his abilities despite his ADHD and has become one of his greatest champions.

    My husband is our unsung hero. He had a vasectomy after our 2nd child was born, but 2 years after that we regretted our decision. He was brave enough to have reversal to make me happy. We have had 2 more children since. He is willing to go to the moon and back for us.

    My older sister, Dawn, is my unsung hero! Her husband passed away a year and a half ago leaving her to raise 6 children on her own. She’s not only raising those 6 children on her own like a champ but she works a full time job and takes online college classes at night trying to finish her degree. She is also a Sunday school teacher and she is the state coordinator for Our organizations Bible quizzing! I don’t know how she is as strong and amazing as she is! She seems to have all the energy in the world!! Dawn has always been my hero but she has completely wowed me this past year and a half :)

    My son DJ is my unsung hero. We often overlook children when thinking about heroes, but he’s such a special and brave little guy. Although he’s only seven, he is wise beyond his years. He has a nurturing and helpful side that some adults could benefit from. This past year has been a rough one. I had a very difficult pregnancy and he was such a trooper. Not only was DJ helpful to me, but he’s become the most awesome big brother and still manages to excel in school. As a superhero fanatic,I’d love for him to be recognized as my unsung hero.

    My mom and dad are my unsung heroes! They are the only family that we have near us that are willing to watch my 3 children that have type 1 diabetes. It is a chore in itself to take care of one child but 3 that need to be closely monitored is a lot of pressure. They graciously watch my children while I work 2 days a week so I can keep my sanity!!!! For that I am forever grateful!

She is one of the top adult caregivers in the county and she also goes to Nevada in the Spring to work at the mine shutdown. On top of all that, she still helps me with my 4 year old who has Cerebral Palsy. She amazes me more and more every day!

    My unsung hero is my Papa Robert L.Cromer. He was one of the first men that made their way into Germany during World War 2. He told me all about it when he was dying with the horrible Alzheimer’s disease. Before the disease he would never talk about the war. Today I am blessed to have had the time with him and know what a hero he was.

My mom has stepped up in not only taking care of my dad but also remodeling the bathroom to make it more accessible for him. She is now doing all of the outside chores as well as clean and cooking.     My niece Sylvia Andrado is my unsung hero.She is fixing to graduate after 6 years of going to college to become a teacher.     My unsung hero this holiday season would be my neighbors. I had surgery recently and there were some complications that have made it take a lot longer to heal than I planned. I have a 3 year old and was worried about how I was going to take care of her while my husband was at work everyday. My neighbors came together and have each taken turns picking up my daughter to play for the day and bringing us dinner. I don’t know what i would have done without them ❤
