Simple Easter Pancakes Recipe

A fun breakfast is always on the menu any chance I get. I grew up with a mom who had this tradition and it is something that I wanted to pass on to my kids. So, I am always looking for and creating new recipes for every holiday and special event. Here is a Simple Easter Pancake Recipe that looks awesome! It’s simple too! (Thus the name!)

Simple Easter Pancake Recipe

First off, gather your ingredients:

• Pancake recipe or mix
• Strawberries
• Blueberries
• Apples
• Banana or kiwi
• Frosting

Step 1: Create one round and one smaller oval pancake for each plate you are making.

Step 2: Place pancakes on the plate and garnish/decorate with fruit (you can use a kiwi slice or banana slice for the sun).

Step 3: Decorate egg pancake with a small bit of frosting for a line.

Step 4: Enjoy!
