Wicked Themed Birthday Party

Party Details:

“My daughter Eloise has been obsessed with Wicked like every other girl in the world! We just knew that we had to have a wicked theme for her ninth birthday.  I wanted to make everything pink and green of course, but I also wanted to make it elegant as well. We did a picnic table set up with tons of fresh florals and sparkle complete with Elphaba hats and glasses and Glinda wands. I knew I wanted to somehow incorporate the stunning movie poster into the design so I had the idea to print it out onto peel and stick wallpaper and fit it into our moldings! I added fake flowers and twigs to give it some dimension as well, and I just love how it turned out.  For food, I wanted little snacks that the girls can easily pick up and munch during the whole party. We did a Wicked themed kid-friendly charcuterie, mini sandwiches- cucumber for the green and jelly for the pink, pink parfaits, and fruit cups! We of course had pink drinks on hand with classic green straws.  For the entertainment for the girls, we had hair tinsel and they made bracelets and claw clips. I also had a polaroid station that they had a lot of fun with.  The girls had so much fun and so did I.
