Nothing says refreshment better than ice cream, and even better yet, how about some fresh mango ice cream?! Yum! Wow your guests at your next party or summer gathering with this simple yet delicious treat!
Easy Mango Ice Cream Recipe
2-3 medium sized Mango’s
1 can Sweetened condensed milk
1/4 gallon Milk
1/2 tsp Vanilla extract
1/2 tsp Salt
Sugar as per taste
Note: The milk measurement is an estimate. Add milk according to your taste and desired thickness
Peel mango’s and cut, removing fruit from pit. Puree the pulp in blender.
Add all the ingredients to the mango puree and blend well. If sugar is not dissolving, let sit for a bit or microwave for 2 minutes until all the sugar is dissolved.
Pour the mixture in a container and put in freezer for about 1/2 hour.
Remove ice cream from freezer and pour in blender again. Blend for 1- 2 minutes. Put ice cream back in container and return to freezer for another 1/2 hour.
Repeat the process 3 more times and allow mixture to freeze overnight.
Top with mango preserves or store bought mango syrup if desired.
