Magical Unicorn Baby Shower
Magical Unicorn Baby Shower Details:
This is what Andrea shared about the party- “A few months ago I planned a beautiful magical unicorn themed baby shower for my sister in law. The unicorn inspiration came easy with her passion for horses. I just knew I had to incorporate them in the invitations. We knew it was a baby girl she was expecting already so we wanted to keep things soft and feminine. Also, I hand painted some florals for the invitation. Plus, I wanted the unicorns to pop out so I made them a beautiful dusty blue watercolor. I used my minc machine to foil these and the thank you tags.
Royal Palms Resort and Spa catered the amazing brunch display. We created the floral centerpieces in house by ordering the roses online. It’s highly important to hydrate your flowers for at least six hours before starting arrangements and it was no easy task keeping the hydrangeas alive in Arizona heat. Beautiful crystal candle holders and birchwood vases were provided by Grandma-to-be. The exposed beams accented these items beautifully.
Rentals and Greetings
All of the stunning rentals including those fabulous ghost chiavari chairs and pink goblets came from event rents. Since we wanted to lighten up the space we decided to overlay sheer tablerunners down the table with the help of southwick linens. everything came out spectacular.
Each guest was greeted with a single rose with their name handwritten on it so they can choose themselves where they would like to sit. Brunch was served a la carte style as well as the necessary mimosa bar. Our lovely sweets table included an adorable unicorn cake, unicorn sugar cookies, star sugar cookies, cotton candy and chocolate covered strawberries.
For entertainment we handed out a fun emoji pictionary game as well as an advice card for guests to fill for the mommy to be. Everyone that was there had a magical time.”
