Penguin themed cupcake idea + recipe

i made these baby penguin cupcakes for my sister in law’s shower last saturday. she’s having a girl (hence the pink frosting). the penguin’s are made out of keebler cookies, tic tac’s, and bubble tape cut into triangles :). i stuck heart shape pics into them to match the shower theme.
