Kara's Party Ideas Pony Themed 3rd Birthday Party | Kara's Party Ideas

This adorable PONY THEMED 3RD BIRTHDAY PARTY was submitted by Shannon Roache. What little girl wouldn’t love a party centered around ponies!

Here is what Shannon had to say about the party- “This party was for my daughters 3rd Birthday. She is currently in love with all things pony so I decided that was the way to go. We had it at the Irvine Regional Park where they offer pony rides just a short walk from the party pavilions. I handmade most of the party decorations including a burlap and felt birthday banner, spray-painted tin cans filled with flowers as the centerpieces, printables, and a ton of vintage horse ribbons. All of the kids received their own paper bag lunch filled with snacks as well as a thank you gift that was horse related of course! We had a pink lemonade station, potato chip bar, and a dessert table filled with yummy treats including horseshoe cookies, chocolate pony pops, caramel popcorn cones, cake jars, and much more. For my daughter’s cake I made it with three different colors of pink cake and decorated the outside with pink flowers. It was topped with a Happy Birthday Banner and Horse decoration. It was such a fun day, and my daughter is still talking about it so I know she had fun!”

This party is an exact copy of a party i saw on another website! http://blog.hwtm.com/2011/12/shabby-chic-vintage-pony-birthday-party/

I never throw shade on anyone, but the party is an exact copy. I mean every single detail was lifted and no credit was given. She could have at least said she was inspired by another party.

I’ll be the first to admit I did get a ton of ideas from another party! I really didn’t think my party would be featured or I would have done better at giving credit to that fact. I did add a lot of my own details, however that weren’t all shown. This party was done for my 3 year old daughter and a lot of time and love was put into making this party perfect for her, please don’t take away from that fact.

  5. This is such an adorable party inspired by Angela with Oh Sugar Events! Shannon love the quilted bags you used for the girls favors. Live the expression on the little ones face even more.
