– “This Neon themed party was great because of its colours and light effects. The children had lots of fun with the flashing ice cubes and climbing the aerial fabric. We also used a hair gel and a coloured hair spray for both the invitation and at the party. The use of fluorescent colours made the party bright and happy.”
