This is what Stephanie said about planning the picnic- “The idea of creating a Storybook Picnic paper collection came from my love for fairy tale and whimsy. Growing up, I would get lost in fantasy and fairy tale just by opening a book! Raising my children with the same fairy tales I grew up with has been nostalgic and magical for me and has given me some new inspiration in creating what I imagine these whimsical little worlds would be like if we could truly visit our favorite storybooks and their characters!
The goodies offered on the table are very simple and homespun treats as if Grandmother packed your picnic basket full of her traditional baked goods, hand-picked fruits, homemade jams, and her famous cookies.
Our printable paperie in this collection was all designed with a fancy twist on vintage folklore and the fantasy of the enchanted forest!
