This darling TEDDY BEAR PICNIC BIRTHDAY PARTY was submkitted by Jane Norris of Jane & Jack Event Styling
What a cute party! I love how a woodland feel was obtained using “moss” and wood stump dessert platters/trays! I also love all of the darling dessert ideas. From the teddy bear macarons to the red toffee apples! This party is so cute and would work perfectly for either a boy or girl!
My favorite Teddy Bear Picnic party ideas and elements from this darling birthday celebration are:
- The cute Teddy Bear macarons
- The cute blue sky backdrop
- The darling food label frames made from sticks
- The cute mini picnic baskets
- The pennant banners
- and MORE!
Teddy Bear Picnic Party Details:This is what Jane said about planning/styling the party-
“My client asked me to create a Teddy Bear’s Picnic theme for three year old brother and sister twins.
I love creating parties that suit both genders, so the ideas were immediately flowing in my mind.
I wanted to create a rustic but softened feel, and incorporate the classic red and white gingham with touches of green throughout.
For the backdrop we chose a sweet outdoor feel and finished it off with red and white gingham curtains that completed the picture perfectly.
The dessert table with timber slices, wooden crates, moss, faux grass and hessian gave the rustic feel. Hints of red and naturals softened it beautifully.
The drink station combined wooden crates and a tiny ladder to hold plastic drinking bottles, labelled with hessian and green glitter card.
The childrens table was made from wooden pallets and a green and white gingham tablecloth. I scalloped the ends with twine to expose the pallets to tie in with the theme. Red scatter cushions were used for seating placed upon the faux grass area.
Teddy Bear headbands were provided for a ‘disguise’ in to the woods.
Large tree stumps were set amongst the yard with ‘Don’t feed the Bears’ and ‘Beware of Bears’ signs.
A mobile ‘Create a Bear Train’ came along and the children had a ball making their personalised teddy bears.
I loved creating the party for a beautiful family. I adored how all the details came together”.
