Bright Future Graduation Party Details:
This is what Alexandria said about planning the party- “As her graduation was getting nearer Megan asked me if I could decorate for her graduation party. Of course I said yes! I can never pass up an offer to design and style another party! I started scanning pinterest for a graduation theme. Most of the parties were the same so I kept looking. I came across a “bright future” theme with lots of colors and a “light bulb” theme. What better thing to do then create a party with both! I wanted Megan’s party to be colorful yet sophisticated, so I chose a pallet of pink’s, orange’s and yellow’s. The “ombre” look is all the rage right now so I decided to blend the colors for a “bright” and cheerful color pallet. Glass candlestick’s were chosen and I then attached plates to create cake stands. I wanted a tassel garland to tie the party together and to remind people of the tassels on a graduation cap. The dessert table was set up in front of a fireplace, so I used the mantle to prop up paper rosettes and glittered letters spelling “future” that I created. Megan had a cake and cupcakes created to match the invitation and she chose treats from the store so guest’s would have more sweets to choose from. Megan loved the theme and decorations and she is now preparing to start her “bright future” in college this Fall”!
