I noticed that the way to enter this contest is by following a number of people on Twitter. My question is can I follow the list of people on Instagram because I do not have a Twitter account. I really would like to enter this contest being that I am a first time mom and since I have taken so many pictures, I have already went through 3 SD cards, the phone storage, and I have went though 3 memory cards on my tiny video camera.
