This party is positively darling! I absolutely adore the pink, purple, and orange color palette used in it; it’s so cute and girly! I also love the darling candy corn invitation! This party is too much fun and is full of darling ideas that would work perfectly for a birthday party or candy buffet!
My favorite Candy + Halloween party ideas and elements from this sweet birthday event are:

Candy + Halloween Birthday Party Details:
This is what Lauryn said about planning/styling the party- “What could be sweeter than a child’s first birthday celebration? Birthday parties everywhere watch out! We just took sweet to a whole new level with a sweets inspired 1st birthday party just in time for Halloween.
Mood Events and Lauryn Ann Photography teamed up on a shoot designed to inspire mommies and daddies everywhere to think outside the box (and perhaps inside the box of candy) when it comes to themed birthday parties.
The party was thrown for the guest of honor, Penelope (also known as Pepper) and her BFF Olivia (also known as Olive). A pepper and an olive! Adorable already, right? With Halloween just around the corner we knew it was the perfect theme to help celebrate this special birthday, but orange and black simply wouldn’t cut it for such a colorful one year old. Inspired by two of the cutest dessert themed costumes e.v.e.r. (an ice-cream cone and a cupcake) we decided to brighten up this spooky holiday and plaster the room with bright pinks, oranges, and purples. The party featured a full sweets table and an intimate table for two. The talented ladies at Love and Buttercream made a delicious birthday cake, as well as a super cute pumpkin cake, cake pops, and teeny-tiny cupcakes. The Balloon Lady, Shelley Sams, provided us with some amazing over-sized balloons. And as a special favor for the kiddos, we made pink and orange tie-dye pillowcases – the perfect takeaway for two first time trick-or-treaters and an easy DIY for parents. Let’s just say that between the bright colors and all of the tasty treats, this little Pepper had the time of her life – so far.”?
