Halloween Picnic- Black Cat inspired

I’m so excited to partner with Coca-Cola again this month, and with Halloween right around the corner, I styled a fun Halloween picnic in hopes to inspire and help you with your own fantastic Halloween party!

Halloween Picnic: Coca-Cola and Black Cat Style!

There is something about an autumn woodland trail that just sets the mood for a spectacular Halloween event. This Halloween picnic comes complete with pumpkins, a festive spiderweb fabric tent, adorable bat-adorned Coca-Cola bottles, and a black cat to watch over the entire party.

I can’t think of a better way to enjoy the last breath of fall before the cool air starts to nip at your nose. Think of the excitement and imagination of the picnic-goers as they gulp delicious bubbly goodness from cans and bottles, nosh on packed picnic delicacies, and take turns playing hide-and-go-seek in the tent and adjoining trees!

Some of my favorite Halloween party elements and ideas from this picnic include:

• Black cat party accents: From the motherly cat watching over the party to the grinning kittens adorning the cupcakes, these cats are ready to party!
  
• Woodland-inspired naked cake: Besides looking and tasting delicious, doesn’t the dripping glaze give it the perfect Halloween feel?
• Individual picnic baskets for guests including glass Coca-Cola bottles: Who can resist a perfectly posh glass bottle to drink from? And the food is perfect for a woodland picnic.
  
• Bat adorned Coca-Cola bottles: The bats look as if they are trying to get away with some refreshment of their own, don’t they?
• The mini layered chocolate cakes: Naked cakes are all the rage right now, and these mini layered cakes prove that they work well for individualized sweets too!

Want to make your own Coca-Cola bat drinks? I made these with plastic bat rings (available everywhere this time of year). I simply cut off the rings from the plastic bats and attached the bats to the Coca-Cola bottles with hot glue!

Pumpkins are a perfect halloween party accent. Use them to set the scene by placing them throughout your tablescape.
