With white Chevre chairs and sparkling snowflakes, this party makes the often dreary months of winter a lot more cheerful! This delightful party is submitted by Bee Khumalo of DotDot out of Johannesburg, South Africa!
Frozen Birthday Party
I don’t know about you, but when Christmas comes and goes and the white fluffy snow begins to get a bit dingy, I start to long for a little cheerful summer sun. While it is most certainly still winter here, this Frozen party brings a bit of sunshine into my day!
A few of my favorite elements from this first birthday event include:
- Glitter-coated favor jars
- Dining chairs adorned with ribbon streamers, pom-poms, and glittering snowflakes
- Balloon bunch centerpieces
- A glitterred letter sign
- And, snowflake confetti drizzled over the dining table!
This is what Bee said about planning/styling the party- “By far the most requested theme in 2015 are parties based on the hit Disney movie Frozen. Each time it’s requested I had to work on making it different from the last. On this one, my absolute favorite thing is the party favors. We used glass jars which we coated with glitter, filled them with goodies and sealed the jar with capes, blue for the girls and purple for the boys. We also had styro snowflakes, pom poms and ribbon on the chairs to create a lovely themed look to the chairs…. Candy Buffets are always my weakness. In addition to themed candy, we coated styro boxes with glitter and had chocolate lollies on them. This one was a 1st birthday for Princess Nozi. Mommy was fabulous, she made this absolutely fun and fab to do!” :)
