Whimsical Mermaid Birthday Party
Whimsical Mermaid Party Details:
This is what Leanne shared about the party-
Our client’s brief was she did not want any hints of the purples and aquas usually seen in Mermaid parties and no Disney elements what-so-ever! It had to be OTT pretty and different. We were VERY excited.
The party was inspired by seaweed, coral and vintage Mermaid illustrations. We handmade a lot of the décor and chiffon which we cut to look like seaweed and made Jelly Fish which hung from the ceiling with ruffled tentacles. We had Nautilus shells filled with fresh blooms by The Black Posy .
Hand wrap chocolates in glass treasure chests graced the table along with other sweet morsels such as Seahorse Jelly Cups. We made a mermaid tail balloon sculpture and had bubble balloons on the walls”.
