Bottles and Burlap Baby Shower
Bottles and Burlap Baby Shower Details:
This is what was shared about the party- “Designed by Style House Events and Rental, Bottles and burlap was an intimate outdoor baby shower for a mid life expectant mom and very close friend. Inspired by the natural richness of the South, this adorable Chic Rustic theme was born. To get things started handmade burlap, twine and lace invites by Invytations were created and sent to close friends and family.
Stylish Decor
Mom and stylist wanted to incorporate vintage feminine details but still keep the overall look of the party masculine to Welcome their Sweet County Baby Boy Braxton. Choosing to use classic baby blue linens, lace ivory runners paired with floral lampshade centerpieces was the perfect result in achieving our vintage Glam Country boy look! Guest tables were adorned with distressed wood chargers, mason jars filled with baby’s breath, light blue hydrangeas and ivory roses. Along with hand painted vintage toy planes, cars and pictures of Mom to Be.
Celebration Elements
In the lounge area guest enjoyed baby bingo an d a decadent feast of the delicious desserts, snacks and cakes. What’s cake without chocolate milk? Of course in classic glass milk bottles. Activities also included a onesie clothes line guest book. Adorable shower party details included lots of teddy bears, white lanterns, burlap letter B’s for Braxton plus Mom and Dads first intials Bernice and Brian.
We created additional hi- table lounge areas for the Dads to get some privacy and enjoy guy talk.We decided to play with the guest table seating and use natural wood crossback and chivari chairs from We Rent Atlanta, who also provided the incredible galvanized sawhorse dessert table. Our favorite part of designing this dessert table was building the distressed wood backdrop, staining our wooden crates and hanging the baby clothes line and of course the authentic whiskey barrels! Sooo cute and definitely a labor of love!
