This is what Leigh shared about the party- “We had an amazing time styling this party theme. Once we made a final decision about this theme, we welcomed the fun and challenge of coming away from the norm of doing what most others do with superhero themed parties, which is to use licensed characters.

We focused on the use of incorporating interjections and Jayla in the theme and used that as our foundation. Everything else was simple once we did that.

We worked with a graphic designer and an artist to create items such as the chip bags, the superhero caricature of Jayla (as shown on chip bags), the shirt, the plate decals, etc. We wanted to customize as many of the details as possible.

Once Jayla and her mom saw what we created they were absolutely thrilled! Jayla’s excitement is shown in the photographs!”
