Wouldn’t this be a spectacular “mom and me” baking day? I know my kids would love to make these Melting Snowman Cupcakes as part of our neighborhood Christmas goodie plates or even during the dreary mid-January days of winter.
They are super easy to make and they pack a lot of pop! First, gather your supplies:
- Vanilla cupcakes (you can make your own or buy premade from your local bakery)
- Vanilla frosting
- Brown piping frosting
- Marshmallows
- Sugar pearls
- Orange Starburst-type candy
Melting Snowman Cupcake Recipe
Start with baked vanilla cupcakes, frost with vanilla frosting, creating the body of the snowman.
Pipe eyes and mouth. Put a small dot of frosting to secure the shaped-Starburst nose. Nestle marshmallows onto the top of the frosting bodies. Proceed to pipe arms and place pearls for buttons. Enjoy!
