“Samantha’s LOL Doll themed party is definitely one of the best parties I’ve ever styled.

Perhaps one underlying reason why I was so “intense” on this theme was that I could relate to it, on a very personal level. You see, LOL Surprise! is the favorite toy of my two daughters! So needless to say, I knew the “subject” very well.

What I liked about this theme, in particular, was that I had the perfect excuse to play with balloons! For example, on the stage, I laid out a cascade of mint balloons to simulate tons of LOL Surprise balls falling down.

I LOVED how the photo area turned out as well. For this area, I simulated a sort of “LOL-doll factory”. Now that’s a kid’s dream come true!”
