Autumn time is just around the corner! I can almost feel the crisp air, and I can almost smell the glorious scents that come along with fall. With the season being so close, I’m excited to share my FALL INSPIRED PUMPKIN FLORAL + BLUSH TABLESCAPE with you today! I would love to show you how I set up a tablescape (Kara style), step-by-step!
I’ve partnered with International Delight to showcase their Pumpkin Pie Spice Creamer and I have the yummiest recipe for you at the bottom of this post (believe me, it’s so good and suuuper easy)!
International Delight PUMPKIN PIE SPICE creamer isn’t just an amazing coffee creamer, it can be used in so many ways! See how I used the creamer in a delicious Pumpkin Cheesecake Recipe below!
HOW TO SET UP A FALL THEMED TABLESCAPE
Like I said above, I’m excited to show you how to easily set up your own fall-themed tablescape in minutes following my simple steps!
Step 1- Start with a table or space where your guests will eat. In this case, I chose a rustic wooden trestle table and set it in a beautiful field.
Step 2- Place pumpkins, in various shapes and sizes, down the center of your table.
Step 3- Fill the gaps and spaces between the pumpkins with beautiful flowers and greenery. I used floral garlands to fill my space. The floral garlands made filling the space in between the pumpkins easy, and I love how they hung off the ends of the table.
Step 4- Figure out where your guests will be sitting / where your chairs will be and place a napkin at each setting. I love the look of napkins hanging from the edge of the table.
Step 5- Lay a plate or saucer on top of each napkin.
Step 6- Add your drinking glasses and wine glasses on the top right of each plate.
Step 7- Add cutlery.
Step 8- Right before guests arrive, place mini pumpkin cheesecake cups (recipe below) on the center of each plate.

Ingredients:
I small package graham crackers (about 9 crackers)
4 tablespoons melted butter
2 tablespoons brown sugar
2 tablespoons sugar
1 8-ounce package softened cream cheese
1 15-ounce can pumpkin puree
2 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice
1 1-ounce package of cheesecake-flavored instant pudding mix
1 140ounce can sweetened condensed milk
1/2 cup International Delight Pumpkin Pie Spice Creamer
1 can whipping cream
Directions:
Place graham crackers in a blender (or food processor if you don’t have a good blender) and blend the crackers into fine crumbs. Add the melted butter, brown sugar and sugar and blend until mixed well.
Cover the bottom of mini jars or small plastic cups with graham cracker mixture.
Add softened cream cheese, pumpkin puree, pumpkin pie spice, sweetened condensed milk, pudding mix, and International Delight Pumpkin Pie Spice Creamer to the blender and blend on high speed, scraping the sides as needed, until well incorporated. Pour the mixture into the individual cups and chill for 15 minutes to 1/2 hour. Top with whipping cream when ready to serve.
