This is what Sarah said about styling the party:

“We have seen a lot of birthday parties that shout their themes out loud. The louder, the better it is… or so we thought. We wanted to veer away from that. For a tropical pink flamingo-themed party, we aimed for every area to exude a relaxed yet chic vibe – tropical having a relaxed ambiance and chic just like the pink flamingos. We had lots of fresh foliage at this party. We also hand-painted fresh leaves with pastel colors to soften the dark green shades of our foliage.
For the stage, we turned it into a lounge type of setup and strategically placed furniture around like a set of rattan chairs and coffee table, a macrame wall decor, hand-painted native Vigan jars, a barrel, of course, the pink flamingos themselves and other decorative elements.
The entrance, centerpieces, and dessert buffet all carried the laidback yet elegant look and feel.”
