“Taco ‘Bout a Party” Colorful Fiesta

This is what Lauren said about planning/styling the party:
“Taco ‘Bout a Party! One of my favorite themes is fiesta. Whether it’s for a birthday, bachelorette, or bridal shower, the possibilities are endless. I mean, tacos and margaritas are the best combo! Bright colors are also usually a must when it comes to a fiesta theme, so I decided on a mix of both bright and pastel colors which worked really well.
Decor:
I held the party in our yard which overlooks a lake. The outdoors provided a beautiful backdrop. To set the scene, I created a balloon garland using pastel pink, yellow, blush and mint— which matched the sky! A jumbo cactus balloon was added to help tie the theme together.
Invitation:
The invitation from Hunny Prints set the tone for the party with beautiful water colors, cacti, and of course, a llama!
Guest Table:
I set the table using festive items like boho napkins, llama plates, coral cups and papel picado straws. Furthermore, I used a flower banner as my table runner along with cactus pinatas from Lula Flora Designs. Finally, cactus confetti from Festivefetti was the perfect finishing touch for table decor.
Beverage Cart:
Margaritas? Yes, please! I served two flavors of margaritas- classic and grapefruit jalapeño. Margarita glasses were rimmed with salt and garnished with a lime and jalapeño. Also, mini bowl was filled with extra garnishes such as grapefruit slices, limes and jalapeños. Lastly, on the bar was a gorgeous arrangement I made using dried palm spears and mauve dried flowers.
Olé! In other words, let’s fiesta like there’s no mañana!”
