Palm Springs Beach Ball Birthday Bash

This is what Kelsey shared about the party:

“I have always been in love with beach balls. They are so graphic, simple and iconic-ally summer. I have been dying to throw a party with a beach ball theme, so my daughter’s August birthday seemed like the perfect time.

Just shy of 100 beach balls made this fun summer party come to life. Now that my daughter is a California Girl, we added a Palm Springs twist to the theme so it would better represent her. To do that, I elevated the menu adding by gourmet spices and luxe cheeses. Then, I worked in acrylic details and served champagne. Finally, there was a bell to call the pool boy (aka Daddy)!

I made the cake using an original recipe my mother made for me in 1991, so it was both sentimental and delicious. In the end, everything was the perfect amount of fun in the sun and everyone had a great time.”
