Inspiration & Invite:

“Last year, my son requested a Pokemon camp out as the theme for his 6th birthday party. Initially, I had a harder time than usual finding inspiration for his special day, as the typical Pokemon celebrations were not quite in line with the level of events I like to host. I finally found the inspiration needed from a black and white sketch I found online. I immediately reached out to Nicole, with Palm to Pine Design, to start working on an invitation. Boy, did we run with it!

Decor:

The initial design carried over from the invitation to the kids table, color-able table runner, and to all the little B&W details in between. Nicole, with Lifted Balloons, made all of my dreams a reality when I asked if we could play a bit with the traditional Pokemon colors by adding a pop of chrome blue. After that, the balloons started to take shape.

I could go on and on about all the incredible vendors who helped bring my Pokemon birthday party vision to life! The Creative Amme custom laser cut stir sticks were over-the-top. And they tied the Oh Happy Day Party Shop table top items together perfectly.

Conclusion:

The truth is, my favorite part of the event is that not only was it aesthetically appealing, but it was Charlie Parker (and friends) approved. There’s nothing I love more than celebrating my little guy, being surrounded by family and friends and, okay, setting a pretty table. Ha!”
