Sweet Peach 1st Birthday
This is what Amanda shared about styling the party:
“I usually have all of my kid’s parties planned months in advance. For some reason, it was much harder for me to plan my daughter’s first birthday. After scrolling through Instagram, I realized it was only fitting that ‘One Sweet Peach’ was the perfect theme to celebrate my baby girl.
We started the day with a family breakfast. A local ice cream delivery company, Ice Cream Emergency, brought us ice cream and toppings. In the afternoon, my good friend came over to take one year photos of the birthday girl. She was all smiles and loved her cake and opening her gifts. We also had some time together, just her and I. I showed her all the decorations for the party and told her a million times how lucky I was to be her mom.
While we kept the party to only immediate family, we had friends line the street to watch her blow out her candles. We also had a welcome sign and stats sign made by Authentic Love Designs. Later, when my daughter was in her high chair, she actually grabbed one of the peach pies from the dessert table. I let her help herself and she absolutely loved it!”
