“I love an obscure theme and what could be more obscure than abstract? Besides, isn’t love abstract? We decided to run with this interesting theme for Valentine’s Day and throw a party!

We decided to take some literal inspiration and incorporate elements of abstract art, then infused it with pretty boho colors.

The party goodies were also abstract inspired. We even tried our hand at the NYTimesCooking Abstract Art Cookies, and created a buttercream cake inspired by abstract art.”
