Party Details:
“I wanted to have a special first birthday party for my daughter. With some French inspiration from our family, we decided to do a Patisserie theme. I wanted the colors to be fun but also reflect a “baby girl” so I choose pastel colors as the palette and went from there. We wanted to have a play zone for the small kids at the party as well as a table for them to gather to eat all the goodies of the party. The focal point of the party was this fabulous storefront for Adela’s Patisserie and the bicycle filled with fresh flowers to give the party a true Parisian vibe. The cake was inspired by the invitations, and the desserts were a mix of French desserts. Of course macarons were a must, so we dedicated Adela’s Patisserie storefront with macarons and merengues. The food was a mixture of Parisian sweets and Parisian small bites. We picked ‘Claris: The Choicest Mouse in Paris’ book for our party favors with a delicious lollipop.” – Mimi | Mimi Fete
