Disney Zombies Cheerleader Birthday Party

Party Details:

“It is easy to love the Disney Zombies movies. They promote kindness, inclusivity and acceptance, which are all characteristics that we want to instill in our girls. So when Disney released the third and final movie of the trilogy last year and our sweet daughter Pia insisted on using her 5th birthday party to celebrate the series, we jumped at the challenge to bring Seabrook to life! I wanted to incorporate more than just the standard pink and green color scheme, so I added more of the pastels from the movie, like powder blue, mint and peach, into our tabletop, balloons and decor. I also wanted to incorporate touches of Zombie Town without overdoing the “gross” factor, like a green slime wall, a silver industrial dessert table, a glitter slime-making craft station and nitrogen ice cream that periodically turned our backyard pergola into a smoke-filled zombie land! I also really wanted to go heavy on the varsity feel of the party, so The Pop Shop brought in pale pink and green lockers that we embellished with varsity-themed custom stickers from Poppy Jack Shop. We also recreated the epic banner that donned the Seabrook High gymnasium in the song “Fired Up” for our front room, reminding our guests to “Be Fearless, Not Cheerless!” The kiddos had an awesome day, complete with pom poms, delicious desserts, candy and toy vending machines from The Candy Coach, a pink and green ball pit and a visit from Addison and Zed themselves!
