For the First Time in Four Ever Frozen Party

Party Details:

“As a mom who loves planning parties, my daughter’s 4th birthday was no exception! This year was a little different though; I had a very opinionated co-planner. My daughter was set on an “Elsa party with only blue and white, and a bounce house.”  Negotiations ensued and we reached a compromise. I managed to incorporate a few more colors—think teal and lavender —into the decor, creating a palette that was inspired by “Frozen II” but also felt fresh and modern.  Setting the kid’s table was a blend of my love for elegant details and her love for all things Elsa. We had iridescent tablecloths, purple and iridescent plates and cups from Meri Meri, snowflake napkins, snowflake stir sticks, and rock candy. We added some crowns and some gorgeous florals from Anne Appleman to finish things off. The amazing “For the First Time in FOUR ever” backdrop, balloons complete with iridescent snowflakes and a number 4 marquee from Isabel from Crafty Hands by Chaviz rounded out the decor. It truly brought the space to life. We also featured a mimosa bar, local breakfast sandwiches from a nearby diner, and snacks for the kids!   Perhaps the most magical moment of the day was when my daughter saw Elsa for the first time. Joanna from Smile and a Song Princesses was truIy spectacular – she joined us for storytime, songs and games. The kids were ecstatic, and it made the party feel magical. The joy on my daughter’s face and the fun had by all made all the planning and negotiations totally worth it. I loved bringing her “First Time in FOUR ever” vision to life, and she’s already talking about next year’s theme.” – Anna Hendry
