Party Details:
“Our client’s son is obsessed with all things Hot Wheels, so we knew we had to go big for his 5th birthday! The orange and blue themed party was a blast. For our Very Important Racers, we rolled out the race track runner leading from the street to the front porch, created a statement balloon garland and marquee entry moment, and included custom punny signs and decor. The focal point of the day was an impressive go-kart track with kid-size carts and personalized decals named after actual Hot Wheels cars. Kids loved the bounce house decked out with balloons and a custom racing logo, a specially-made wooden Hot Wheels race track, and a game of ring toss on traffic cones. A concession stand served nostalgic favorites like cotton candy, popcorn, warm pretzels, and s’mores. Also included was a hot cocoa bar and beverage stand, with lemonade and water served from dispensers that looked and functioned like gas pumps. Our team built a large display wall that featured the birthday boy’s favorite treat: donuts, of course! For the adults, a bartender served themed orange and blue drinks called “High Octane.”
Our client purchased an inflatable tent to house the kids’ tables and main photo backdrop. Inside, we styled the kids’ tables with Hot Wheels helmets and racing cars as centerpieces. At each place setting we created personalized coloring placemats with the birthday boy’s name. For the main backdrop, we designed a balloon wall with racing flags and cones alongside a customized wooden racetrack arch that doubled as a favor wall.”
