With a vision to evoke memories of candy, bright colors, and iconic toys like slinkies, Madi wanted her milestone celebration to be a blast from the past with a contemporary edge.  Here’s how we brought her vision to life: Embrace the Nostalgia with Iconic Elements: To transport guests back to the 90s, we immersed the venue in iconic elements from the decade. Neon colors, geometric patterns, and oversized replicas of classic 90s toys and gadgets adorned every corner, instantly evoking a sense of nostalgia. From discman, floppy disks to Rubik’s cubes, the décor set the stage for a trip down memory lane as soon as guests arrived. Mix Old with New for a Modern Twist: While nostalgia reigns supreme at a 90s-themed party, incorporating modern elements adds an exciting twist. We fused the old with the new by integrating Instagram-worthy cutouts and contemporary balloon garlands, injecting a fresh pop of color and style into the event. The pièce de résistance? A custom-made cake that was a delicious homage to all things 90s, complete with vibrant colors and iconic symbols. Curate a Candy Buffet Inspired by 90s Favorites: No 90s party would be complete without a candy buffet featuring beloved childhood treats. Madi’s celebration boasted a candy extravaganza, showcasing 90s staples like candy necklaces, Hubba Bubba, Nerds, and War Heads. Guests indulged in nostalgic flavors while reminiscing about their favorite childhood sweets, adding an extra layer of authenticity and fun to the festivities.
