Fairy Floral Garden Party

Party Details:

“For this styled shoot, I planned everything as if it were a four year old’s birthday party. I chose a fairy floral garden theme as I have a deep love for anything floral. The concept leaned heavily on abundant florals, moss accents, enchanting butterfly decor, and a delightful palette of pink and purple hues. The look really came together though when I stumbled across these gorgeous teak mushrooms and velvet mushrooms. My aim was to strike a perfect balance, ensuring the event appealed to both children and adults alike. This harmony was achieved through a blend of whimsical butterfly motifs, pastel color schemes, vibrant color-blocked balloon garlands, and sophisticated touches like chic mocktails and floral fencing. The aforementioned mocktails were not only stunning, but delicious! Opting for mocktails ensured that all guests, regardless of age, could partake in the festivities, as no alcohol was served. The models (or should I say “fairies”) show how children would truly enjoy this birthday party, from playing with their fairy wands to sharing flowers. Fairy details played throughout the event, from smaller details such as a fairy bench and ladder on the cake (who wouldn’t want to hang out on top of a cake??) to the delicate fairy wings adorning the guests.  For the floral elements, one aspect I really loved was the white picket fence outside of the venue. I was inspired by cottagecore gardens and how their front lawn florals peak through the fencing. We collaborated with Kimberly from Chloe Rose Design to accomplish this breathtaking display of floral enchantment. To sweeten the affair, Megan from Cousin Cookie crafted adorable cookies that perfectly complemented the whimsical invitation design by Tati Abaurre, with the sweet bunny cookie stealing hearts. Overall, this event was a true labor of love, showcasing the collective creativity and dedication of all involved vendors.
