Step 4- Prep your donut pan {I used Wilton’s 12 cavity mini doughnut pan} with cooking spray

Step 5- Spoon batter into a piping bag with a small decorating tip {if you don’t have piping bags, no sweat…simply spoon batter into a ziplock bag with a tiny portion of the corner cut off} and pipe donut batter into the donut pan cavities

Step 8- Place 1 cup of candy melts in microwave safe bowl and microwave in 30 second increments (string in-between) until candy melt coating is smooth

Step 9- Carefully dip the doughnuts upside down into the candy melt, coating the top half of the doughnut, and place on a platter to cool {if desired, add sprinkles immediately after dipping}
