Colorful Trampoline + Jump Party Details:This is what Deanna said about planning the party-
My son, Sam, recently turned 9. He had one request for his party to have his party at a trampoline park! Since he wanted to invite all the boys from his class, the local trampoline park, Sky Zone Lexington, was a perfect place for his party!
Hosting a party at an outside venue, like a trampoline park, is great because they do most of the work for you. However, making it a stylish, personalized party is a little trickier. As with all the parties we host, I first start by looking on Pinterest and HWTM to see what ideas I can find for the party theme. There werent many ideas for a trampoline themed party online, so Sam and I started discussing what he wanted to have for the party. We chose the decorations and ood knowing that it would have to be easy to set up at the party.
Although he was having his party at the trampoline park, I still wanted to make the party cute, stylish and customized just for him. We started planning his party together by designing the invitation. He picked a simple, colorful style with that highlights the word JUMP. He picked the color palette of navy, light blue, orange, and lime green. The invitation and other party paper goods incorporate those colors. The paper goods also include a wavy pattern that reminded me of bouncing up and down.
For the party food, the kids first ate pizza after they finished jumping. They also enjoyed Sams Snack Mix that was served in polka dot mini take-out boxes with coordinating tag. For dessert, we had vanilla and chocolate cupcakes topped with personalized cupcake toppers. I also made chocolate covered Oreos, topped with chocolate stars. Chocolate covered Oreos are one of my favorite party desserts to make because they are so easy and can be customized to match any color palette!
For take home favors, gumballs were placed in mini spice jars. I found these at our local Dollar Store, so they were a very inexpensive, but cute way to package the gumballs. They favor tags said, Thanks for JUMPING by my party! It was a fun party and a great way to celebrate my active guys 9th birthday!
