Farmer’s Market Birthday Brunch Party Details:
This is what Jennifer said about planning the party- “We wanted to celebrate our daughter, Kin, with a market party brunch for her third birthday. One of her favorite things to do is play market while we are at home or go shopping at the market. We even take her play shopping cart to the stores with us.
Instead of gifts, guests brought donations for our local food bank. We ended up collecting a large wagon full of items.
We wanted to keep the décor simple as far as props go & then add in lots of bright colors with flowers, paper pinwheels, balloons, & tulle poms. We built grocery shelving out of leftover pallets & then built two market stands out of crates & leftover wood from another project. To section off the market play area from the rest of the party, we hung strands of globe lights.
It was so fun to see the kids use the picnic baskets to collect their groceries. The food was delicious & the birthday girl was quite pleased with her three birthday cakes”.
