Princess Party Details:
This is what Jenna shared about the party- “When our client in Beverly Hills asked us to plan an upscale princess party for her daughters 5th birthday, we were thrilled to be of service. Princesses are our specialty, after all.
But then she gave us almost all creative control! Save for the color scheme (magenta, aqua blue, and purple) and request for a classical pianist (more on that to below), the party was ours to imagine. Wow! What a dream for both the lucky birthday girl as well as our event production team.
We started right away by designing and constructing custom invitations fashioned into scrolls for our birthday queen to deliver to her royal subjects at school.
Next, we designed a cake table worthy of our glamorous, charming celebrant: Queen Kierra. And when youre a queen, you wear a crown, so we were careful to sprinkle a light crown motif throughout the party design.
And of course the cake itself was unbelievable (and just as irresistible in flavor as it was in looks). Just look at the details of this epic princess cake up-close.
The three-tiered-cake was made in layers of chocolate, vanilla, and red velvet. Mmmm
We know that waiting for the cake to be cut can try a childs patience, so tower-shaped cupcake cones and personalized sugar cookies for guests to snack on throughout the party framed each side of the cake table.
In fact, this party had so many sweet treats, we had to create a full-on second dessert table to display all the goodies.
Outside, in back of the house, we set-up an enchanting tent to house the childrens dining and princess character activities.
Designed to take advantage of our clients glorious view of Los Angeles, the tent was decked-out in lilac colored drapes, lush fresh florals featuring pops of magenta and gold, a craft table prepped with crowns and pirate mustaches to be decorated, and a royal throne, of course!
With guests starting to trickle in, our classical pianist began to fill the air with the sound of music: Disney music! And my-oh-my, was it ever beautiful
I couldnt resist, I sang along with just about every song. And so did our princess characters! More on that later
Speaking of princesses, when they made their grand entrances, thats when the party really started.
Accompanied by a young pirate, straight from Neverland, the children were delighted to play with this charming bunch of characters which included Rapunzel, The Snow Queen, and her younger princess sister (inspired by Hans Christian Anderson and made popular by the movie Frozen).
Together, they danced, played imaginative games, and sang songs around the piano! What a beautiful site it was to behold, simply magical.
Its difficult to describe in words, and even pictures dont fully do this unique experience justice (you kind of had to be there to feel the energy and excitement in the room), but peek at the photos and below and youll just scratch the surface of how incredible this entire party experience really was.
At the end of it all, after the cake was cut, and the crowns were bejeweled, it was time to say farewell.
As guests headed back to their own kingdoms, they were invited to take with them their own personalized coloring books.
The sun was setting on this perfect princess party, but not before lots of warm hugs were shared between friends new and old.
Twas a dream come true.
Amazing. All the photos featured in this event portfolio are his. What more can I say? Just amazing!
Mallory and the ladies at TFCC always hit it out of the park for us. Their desserts are so gorgeous and soooooo good. Can’t I eat TFCC every day?!
This is a family owned/operated business and they are all just so lovely and helpful and very professional. Their furniture pieces are so dreamy; I wish I could work with them every week.
Hey, that’s us! Our team provided the event design and style, including invitation graphic design and construction, created the custom dessert table backdrop, designed the fresh floral arrangements, provided all vases, dessert stands, linens, and drapes, as well as the live princess & pirate character entertainment.
One of the juiciest, tastiest burgers you will ever eat. ‘Nuff said.
First of all, you should see their giant, authentically Italian cappuccino machine. Secondly, while I didn’t get to try a latte, the guests seemed to enjoy them and the staff was easy to work with.
Chris played Disney songs, as well as other songs requested by our client, throughout the event and it was better than heaven… literally music to my ears. And he was so nice to work with.”
